Membership Benefits:

Monthly Charge - New members beginning on or after June 1, 2008  Monthly kit payments are processed on the 20th of each month and scrapbooking kits and Widget Club products begin shipping out on the 25th of each month.  Your credit card will be charged $35.50 each month for members receiving one monthly kit and $65.00 each month for members receiving two scrapbooking kits each month.  These amounts include the shipping costs.  Current members will see an increase in the amount they were paying beginning with the June 2008 kits of $1.00 to account for the increase in shipping costs.  If you need a different day of the month to process your payments, please let us know.  Our kits are presented for their full reveal on the 1st of each month and ship out on the 25th of the month.  Please see below for more information on shipping costs for international orders and orders outside the United States.

Membership Costs: All scrapbook club memberships are charged the same monthly kit rate of $28.50 plus shipping. Combo Kit members receive a discounted price for both kits and reduced shipping also. If you would prefer to pay for your scrapbook club membership in one payment rather than monthly payments, just send Scrapdango an email at sales@scrapdango.com with this request or add this request to the comments section during the ordering/check-out process.  Widget Club costs vary from month to month based on the featured product.  Shipping and Handling applies to Widget Club orders.  If you are a kit club member and the Widget Club product can ship with your kit (depends on size of the product) then you can save on shipping costs.

Length of Scrapbook Club Membership: You will receive your new scrapbooking kits each month for the membership period you choose, either 6-month, 12-month, or AutoShip. 12-month club memberships will receive their 13th Kit FREE.  12-month Everything Nice Combo Kit members will receive both Kits FREE in their 13th month.  You will only be charged for shipping on the month you receive your Free Kit.  Past Kits can be purchased based on availability.  Scrapbook club members can save on shipping when items purchased can be combined with their monthly kit shipment. 

Widget Club Memberships can be purchased for 1-month or 3-months.  If you prefer to have a different variation in the number of months, such as 6-months so your Widget Club Membership runs concurrently with your Monthly Kit Club Membership, please include this information in the comments section when ordering or just send us an email and let us know.  3-month Widget Club members receive a price discount of the featured product.  Widget products are the coolest and newest tools, gadgets, ghizmos, and products on the market.  The price varies from month-to-month based on the featured product, but typically range between $20.00 to $40.00.  If you already have the featured Widget product and wish to skip the month, just email us and let us know you want to skip.  Your membership will be extended by the the number of skips you make. 

Shipping and Handling:  We charge $7.00 shipping in the Continental United States and Canada for members who receive ONE kit monthly.  We charge $9.00 shipping for Combo Kit Members in the United States receiving multiple scrapbooking kits monthly and $7.00 shipping per kit for Canadian members receiving multiple scrapbooking kits monthly.  Shipping is typically more than this and we pay a portion of your shipping costs.  The shipping cost will be added to your order at the time we process your payment.   International orders will be charged actual shipping charges.  Please see Shipping and Handling Fees below for international customers.  If you purchase additional store items, shipping charges do apply.  If you want to order additional items from the Scrapdango store or kit add-ons, you will receive a discount on your shipping and handling if you order in time to have the items mailed with your monthly kit.
 

• Shipments: Payments are processed on the 20th of each month and scrapbooking kits and widget club products begin shipping on the 25th of each month.  New scrapbook club members will begin with the current monthly kit and featured products as supplies last.  We do sell out of our scrapbooking kits, we will put you on a wait list for the featured kit if that happens.  If the current months' kit is sold out and none are available for the wait list, your membership will begin with the next months' kit or you may choose a previous kit, if available.  Send Scrapdango an email with your request or add your request in the comments section during the ordering/check-out process.  If you need us to process your payment at a more convenient time for you other than the 20th please let us know - no problem. 

• Shipping Damage and Returns: Once a credit card has been billed and your kit has shipped, we do not accept returned kits.  If you would like to purchase insurance for your order, please email us or add this information in the comments section when checking out of the store so we can add that cost to your order.  We are not responsible once the post office has picked it up.  All of our scrapbook kits are lovingly and carefully hand-packed. We realize that there may be the occasional problem where something is missing from a kit. Please notify us within 48 hours of arrival so that arrangements to have the components replaced can be made.

• Scrapbook Club Membership Benefits:

Skips and Switches - Although we are sure you will enjoy all of our monthly scrapbooking kits, we understand that you may want to skip a kit occasionally.  We do allow our 6 -month scrapbook club members to skip two scrapbooking kits per membership period and our 12-month membership customers to skip three kits per membership period.  Please note that your current membership will be extended by the number of skips you decide to make. To qualify for a skip month, you must notify us by the 15th of the month if you want to skip. If you skip a month, you will not be billed until your next kit is shipped.  If you like one of the other featured kits and want to switch from one to the other, we will try to accomodate your request pending product availability.  We like to be flexible but we ask our members to purchase the other featured kit if they like it.  We discourage switching back and forth between Sugar and Spice on a monthly basis.

3-Month Widget Club members can skip the featured Widget product by emailing SCRaPDANGo and letting us know you wish to skip.  Please note that your current membership will be extended by the number of skips you decide to make.  To qualify for a skip month, you must notify us by the 15th of the month preceding the shipment.  You will not be billed until your next Widget shipment.  

Cancellation Policy: Kit supplies are ordered many months in advance and should you decide to cancel your membership, please note that your scrapbook club membership has already been counted in the kit supply orders. Therefore, if you cancel your membership early, you will be billed a $10.00 cancellation fee to help cover the cost of the shipping and/or any Extra's you received as part of your club membership benefits.  If you are not sure that you will be able to fufill your membership please consider purchasing just a single kit.

Change of Address: It is the customers responsibility to notify SCRaPDANGo of a change in address prior to kit shipments.  Please be sure to email SCRaPDANGo at info@scrapdango.com if you need to change your address for monthly shipments and store purchases.  Please do not change your address in your store account only.  You need to notify us of the address change.  We are not responsible if your kit is shipped to an old address and we were not notified.

Shipping and Handling Fees
